Return and Refund Policy

If you buy a signed copy of Poetry for Life and Other Chronic Conditions direct from The Right Word website we hope you or the recipient will love it. Under the laws of distance selling, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. This is to protect you when buying online to ensure you receive the product advertised. The book must be returned to us in the condition you received it (unread). We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return. Books will be wrapped securely for postage, however we cannot take any responsibility for damage or delays caused by the Royal Mail. We will endeavour to despatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (often more quickly), however we cannot guarantee this. No orders will be despatched until payment has been received.
